About the project:
Rusta together with Unified Commerce contacted me to help enhance the user experience on the website together with adding new features for their site. I wanted to help them also with fixing some issues that had negative input on their conversation to purchase.
Background:
Rusta's mission is to becoming leading retailers in home and leisure products. With his extensive knowledge, Alexander has optimized Rusta's websites by introducing new features that significantly enhance the user experience and conversion to purchases.
He has also initiated a project to redesign Optimizely's components to better reflect Rusta's branding.
Starting point:
With the help of GA4 and Hotjar I had a good picture of the audience and their behavior on the site. One big finding was that people had problems with the navigation or preferred to use the search field to find products and information on the site. It was also clear that the customer wanted more payment information and wasn’t clear about how “Club Rusta”, Rustas Membership club worked.
